Upon arrival at the breezy valet, a clean man in a 3 piece suit opened my door and said "Welcome to your spa getaway". Now really, this is Miami Beach, land full of over-capacity upscale spa's, where it seems as if more people are there to gaze at each other than actually indulge in the lapse of luxury and relaxation. This, however, is not the case at Canyon Ranch. The staff is warm and attentive, very personable! Even the locker room has multiple attendants to assist & guide you on informative walk throughs of the vanity, shower, and famed "Aquavana". "Aquavana" is an outrageous hydrotherapy that is fully equipped with the most impressive array of experential showers, crystal steam room, herbal laconium, and more! This was a true breath of fresh air when it comes to staff courtesy, true spa ambience, and five star luxury for this satisfied miami local!
